ScoreCast Medical app for iPhone and iPad

ScoreCast Medical is a platform that allows users (licensees/clinics) to collect patient information regarding their overall mental health. ScoreCast is a step up from regular pen & paper questionnaire methods and allows patients to input their information digitally. The aforementioned patient information is then generated into a report which will be evaluated by relevant medical professionals. The ScoreCast portal prioritizes reports in terms of risk to the respective patient and this is communicated to the evaluators through the portal.
The ScoreCast app is only for iPad devices. However, the ScoreCast portal can be accessed through the web.
